Box of offal including heart, liver, kidneys and tongue - $10.99/kg @ approximately 10kg per box. Offal may be from Angus Cross, F1 Wagyu Cross, of Fullblood Wagyu animals depending on availability. Breed preference will be given to those ordering a quarter of the same breed.


 


Delivered free to you, your preferred processor or butcher within the greater Canberra area. Delivery outside this area can be arranged and charged directly from the service provider to you.


 


Please let us know at checkout if you require your offal delivered on a specific date, otherwise we will contact you before your quarter is processed to confirm delivery.

    No refunds or returns accepted for any reason

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Delivered free within greater Canberra/Central NSW area. Delivery outside this area can be arranged at cost to the purchaser.

  • PRICE

    $10.99/kg plus GST. 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure order based on 10kg box. Balance invoiced at actual weight of offal and must be cleared before delivery. No product will be delivered without receipt of final payment.

  • PROCESSING

    We do not accept any responsibility for the product once it has been delivered. 

    We suggest ALPHA Fresh for further processing including mince, roasts and sausages as they meet our standards for quality, integrity and traceability.   • TRACEABILITY

    Once your order is confirmed we will notify you with the animal identification number and approximate delivery date. We make every effort to track our animals through the process to ensure you receive the product you ordered.
